Style check!!

Well, this is a fairly new blog and of-course creating traffic seems important. But at the same time, I came up with this blog to express what I like and dislike. I feel..

A blog is where you write what you like to write, rather than what people would like to read. That is the only way they will love you for who you are.

As my tagline of the blog goes “About Me, the Universe and Everything in between”, I planned to bring celebs I follow to my LLL Spot-light ! (Yes! My blog is active for less than a month, and I already call it names! 😛 )

Let me begin with our very own B-town, rather than flying to Hollywood. This woman has been my favorite for a long long time : Deepika Padukone . Her golden skin, eyes, height and the dimple – she looks every bit the Goddess she was, ever since OSO.!  😉 A few recent looks she sported and let us see if she still keeps her style in check!  😉

For the audio launch of Chennai Express, she was seen sporting a Naeem Khan Fall 2013 gown with sheer embellished bodice.  She finished out her look with a soft updo and simple tear-drop earrings.

She wore a Naeem Khan, Spring 2013 pink gown for the IIFA Awards and paired it up wth nude pumps and drop earrings. I like!

I’m personally not fond of her IIFA Rocks 2013 look. She went back-to-back with Naeem Khan, Fall 2013 outfit and went with black Louboutins and oxblood lips. It might be a bold and daring look and many liked it. It just doesn’t do it for me

Deepika launched the trailer of Chennai Express in a Anamika Khanna outfit and accessorized with Amrapali Jewellery . We have to agree, she looked gorgeous!

She went GLAM with a Arpita Mehta lime yellow-green double shaded net saree and a mirror studded blouse.  Minimal accessories ad her signature ponytail finished out her look. She looked stunning I think 😉

At another Chennai Express TV promo show, Deepika went with Arpita Mehta again.  I love that she doesn’t have a specific color-phase!

Deepika wore Topshop wide leg print pants with a white crochet spaghetti top and accessorized it with Steve Madden thong sandals at one of her Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani promotions. She seems to have a bit of Cocktail hangover here , as she already styled a similar Topshop outfit in the movie. But she kept her look casual and what’s not to love?

For a person like Ms.Padukone, with a  gifted figure and height, its tough to go wrong! 😉
